Karl has over 19 years of experience in strategic and tactical planning, project management, process improvement, and team building. He has experience with designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide platforms that allow the rapid delivery of mobile data collection apps across a wide variety of users. These mobile workflows have been utilized for inspection, safety observations, job estimation, employee reviews, production tracking, and chemical handling which resulted in reduced paper, lower costs, and introduced new insights into business processes and operations.
