Mr. Neal O’Driscoll is a Senior Vice President at CHA Consulting Inc. and the President of its Novara GeoSolutions, LLC subsidiary. He has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and with the management and delivery of enterprise solutions for asset, integrity and regulatory compliance management. These solutions have been implemented at and/or used in support of more than 100 pipeline operator and utility organizations. He is an expert in field operations support for compliance activity management and reporting. He has led and been a part of creating a wide range of innovative pipeline operational processes and workflows in the areas of DOT compliance, engineering design, asset management, right-of-way management, and field data collection solutions.

Ms. Leslie Fullop brings to Novara GeoSolutions and its clientele more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and with the implementation of enterprise geospatial software solutions. Her skills include data conversion/migrations projects, accounting, operational and project management, database support, application creation/enhancements, and ILI/PODS integrations and more. In her current position, Ms. Fullop manages client relationships, geospatial asset management implementations, and the day to day activities of the product delivery team. She is focused on operations, project delivery and coordinates resources and/or plans to ensure projects run smoothly and that Novara GeoSolutions' clientele are benefiting from the software and services the company provides.

Mr. Edgar Sweet is a Licensed Professional Engineer with more than 40 years of experience with regulatory compliance and asset integrity management, holding senior management positions for several large engineering consulting and software solutions firms serving the oil and gas Industry. As Director of Regulatory Compliance & Integrity Management for Novara, his responsibilities include providing leadership for consulting and technical support services, compliance, integrity and operational related product direction setting, and working closely with CHA’s hazardous liquids and natural gas clients in account management.
Mr. Sweet is an expert in the fields of regulation compliance, pipeline and facilities integrity management, safety management systems, maturity modeling and assessment, and process improvement and change management. During his career, he has worked with many of the world’s largest pipeline operators and natural gas utilities, and has performed project consulting in his areas of expertise throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He is well versed in U.S., Canadian and European regulations, industry standards, and integrity management best practice.

Mr. Karl Kemp has more than 20 years of experience in strategic and tactical planning, project management, process improvement, team building, and leading software R&D initiatives and product development. Mr. Kemp is a specialist in technological innovation, rapid application delivery. During his career, Mr. Kemp has successfully designed, developed and implemented enterprise-wide asset management technology platforms and “mobile” solutions for field operations improvement.
