On October 28, 2016, Novara's new support portal goes live! Its new user-friendly interface is designed so users have fast access to information, tools and resources. Users will enjoy a more intuitive interface with an updated and searchable knowledge base, and a quick view of support requests.
Users can quickly submit a request, review the progress of the submission, make any updates online, and close a ticket if necessary. Also, when a user submits a ticket, the system will automatically suggest potential knowledge base articles in hopes they can find the answer fast!
Novara's goal is to make the overall design user-friendly and the new user interface intuitive and easier to navigate than the previous portal.
